    First-Time Registration

    You can use PressReader without registering an account, but registration is required if you want to:

      • Use PressReader on multiple devices.

    For the most reliable experience, first-time registration must be completed on-campus using a browser and connected to the campus Wi-Fi.

     

        1. Connect to the campus Wi-Fi network.
        2. Open a browser and navigate to the PressReader page via the library website.
        3. Select “Sign Up” in the top-right corner of the PressReader homepage.
        4. Choose “Library or Group” and search for Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation; click “Sign Up” to proceed.
        5. Create an account using your university email address:
          • Staff: xxxx@apu.edu.my
          • Students: TP123456@mail.apu.edu.my
        6. Complete the registration form by entering your name, email, and password.

      Accessing PressReader After Registration

        • On-Campus:
          1. Ensure you are connected to the campus Wi-Fi network.
          2. Open the PressReader website or mobile app.
          3. Sign in using your university email and the password you created during registration.
        • Off-Campus:
            1. Open a browser and navigate to the PressReader page via the library website.
            2. Sign in using your university email and the password you created during registration.

         

          • On Mobile Devices: Download the PressReader App from the App Store or Google Play. Sign in using your registered university email and password to enjoy seamless access to newspapers and magazines on the go.

         

         Important Note: The yellow banner indicating “Complimentary Access” will display the remaining active session period. Once it expires, you simply need to reauthenticate by logging in again.
