Members can renew their borrowed items online through their Library Account or in person at the Library Circulation Counter. The borrowers are responsible for keeping track of the due dates for returning or renewing library items irrespective of whether courtesy notices are sent or not.

If you wish to renew over the counter, please:

  • Bring along the library item/s and request the staff at the counter to renew for you.
  • Ensure that the new due-date is updated on the due-date slip inside the book.

If you wish to do an online renewal, you can do so by logging in to your Library Account through our library website. The complete guide for online renewal can be found here.

Items cannot be renewed under the following circumstances:

  • If the borrowed item has reached the maximum renewal limit (2 renewals).
  • If the item has been reserved / on hold by another user.
  • If your library fines have reached RM 25.00 and above. You will have to clear the fines first in order to renew the books.
